Workplace Trainings

We lead workplace trainings for nonprofits, community organizations, and companies. Our antiracism workshops explore strategies for taking action and building equitable, just, and inclusive workplaces. We help people develop the shared language, analysis, and understanding necessary for long-term change. 

Our racial equity and racial justice trainings differ from most corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings or cultural awareness and sensitivity trainings in the workplace. We focus on building dialogue, building capacity, building will, and building an ecosystem of staff and leadership committed to seeding change.

Workplace trainings can be held online or in-person. Our trainings typically range from 2 - 4 hours. We also offer full day trainings and training series addressing multiple equity topics. Contact us to schedule a workplace training or discuss how we can bring Septima Project to your organization.
