Online Workshops
Our online workshops are designed for individuals and organizations in the early stages of equity work as well as those looking to deepen their antiracism practice. We give people the tools and skills to take on issues like privilege, structural racism, and white supremacy.
Our racial equity and racial justice workshops are rooted in participatory learning and popular education. We go deeper than typical diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings to help people frame complex issues, think through real-life examples, and develop concrete solutions.
Workshops include access to online lesson videos to watch at your own pace. We also include coursework with resource guides, reflections, and exercises to try at home. Workshops culminate in an online discussion to connect with other participants committed to equity.
Online workshop series last 4 - 6 weeks and are offered on a rotating basis. We also occasionally offer one-time online discussions where we go deeper into some of our favorite topics.

Racial Equity Starts at Home: Talking about Race with Kids
How do we talk about race and equity with our kids? How do we teach kids to see color? And how do we do any of this as overworked and overwhelmed parents and caregivers? This workshop series explores how to have meaningful conversations about racial equity with kids. We share strategies for teaching antiracism and how we can take action in our families.
Building a Better White Ally
How do we cultivate relationships rooted in trust, care, and mutuality? What does it take to build solidarity that leads to collective action? This online workshop series explores how to deepen antiracism by deepening relationships. Picking up where our recent Building Relationships for Racial Solidarity Workbook left off, we discuss how to go beyond allyship and foster authentic multiracial partnerships.
Building Equitable and Antiracist Workplaces
Many organizations have scaled back their equity efforts while others never got beyond public statements or the occasional DEI committee meeting. What does lasting change look like and how do organizations make real progress toward racial equity? This workshop series looks at how to embed equity into your organization and commit to the hard work of antiracism—when you don’t have the support of everyone in your office.
